The models, data, software, and information on the OFoot website are provided “as is.” Washington State University (WSU) makes no warranty, express or implied, to any user or to any person or entity, including without limitation the implied warranties of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose of the models, data, and software applications on the OFoot website. WSU will not be liable for special, incidental, consequential, indirect or other similar damages, even if WSU or its employees have been advised of the possibility of such damages. Reference to commercial products or trade names does not imply endorsement by WSU or bias against those not mentioned.
Privacy Policy
Your privacy matters to OFoot. Information that you enter into the OFoot system will never be disclosed to anyone else. Data may be collected and reported for research purposes only in aggregate, without personal or individual farm identification. You are not required to enter your name, social security number, credit card number or any other personal or financial information. However the footprint calculation will be most accurate by identifying the specific site of the farm.
